The November 1989 issue of Animage (which I plan to one day cover in more detail on this blog) comes with a bonus Legend of the Galactic Heroes Sticker Book, or SEAL BOOK as it is titled on the book itself. In addition to stickers of characters from the first season of the OVA, it also includes a small blurb about each of them and uniform guides for the Empire and Alliance.
How to enjoy the SEAL BOOK
This sticker book features 108 carefully selected characters from Legend of the Galactic Heroes and introduces them as compact stickers. Collect your favorite characters, stick them on postcards and letters, or use them in your own unique way.
The following diagram then explains how the text is laid out on the back of each sticker. The character’s name is in bold, followed by their voice actor’s name in parenthesis, their rank/status as of episode 26, a brief introduction, what episode the screenshot used for the sticker is from in parenthesis, and then an ㋔ if the character is anime original.
